My Dorm (18+) is a visual novel with an erotic bent. The protagonist finds himself in a difficult situation financially when his father runs away while stealing all the money from the family business. Later it turns out that this scoundrel left a huge amount of debts that now weigh on the protagonist. On the plus side, the huge paternal mansion remained in place and this house can be used to earn money. Not thinking long, the protagonist decides to make it a semblance of a student dormitory. And the idea works out well, as the attractive mansion with a great view is immediately noticed by rich students.

It soon turns out that the students are not just living here, they are having parties, drinking and partying. And then there's a lot of sex, erotic visuals and other purely adult events. Of course, the protagonist himself plunges into it with his head, which can lead to a number of consequences. The player needs to decide for himself how certain events will go, as the story is completely non-linear. The game also offers beautiful graphics with elaborate characters, as well as the environment itself, including scrap locations and other places.
